Golden Key Services is owned and operated by Heather and Matt, a husband-and-wife team with deep roots in Cape Coral and the vacation rental industry.
Heather grew up in the world of property management—her parents owned one of Cape Coral’s top companies. Today, she manages reservations and bookings for a large vacation rental company on North Captiva Island while leading operations at Golden Key. She brings a wealth of industry experience, attention to detail, and a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences.
Matt is a dedicated firefighter and hands-on operator at Golden Key. His reliability, work ethic, and problem-solving skills ensure that every property is cared for with the same dedication he gives his community.
Cody, Heather’s brother, is also an integral part of the Golden Key team. With years of hands-on property management and operations experience, Cody ensures that every home is not only guest-ready but maintained to the highest standards. His involvement strengthens the family connection behind the business and brings another layer of trust and reliability to homeowners and guests alike.
Together with their three children, Heather and Matt pour their hearts into Golden Key Services, supported by Cody’s dedication and industry knowledge.
